Volleyball team swept by Vikings, Wolverines

The Knights’ volleyball team ran into some tough competition last week and were swept, 0-3, in matches against Pelican Rapids on Tuesday night and against Clinton-Graceville-Beardsley (CGB) on Thursday night.

WCA (0-2, 3-5) is currently at the bottom of the Pheasant Conference standings. CGB (2-0, 8-1) is currently in the lead and is followed by W/H-N (1-0, 4-1), Hancock (0-0, 0-2), Ortonville (0-1, 0-4), and WCA.

The Knights will have a good opportunity to make up some ground in the standings this week as they host Rothsay on Monday night, and then travel to Ortonville and Hancock on Tuesday and Thursday nights respectively.
